Because every piece is made just for you, we want to make sure you love it.

Every item in the Bloom & Heart shop is made to order, printed especially for you when you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect โ€” we will absolutely make it right. Just send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery at susanna@bloomheart.store and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no hassle. You can also use our contact form.
