How it works Every Bloom & Heart piece is made to order, just for you. This means your item is printed and produced after you place your order โ it's not sitting in a warehouse waiting. We think that's worth the small extra wait.
Production Time Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2โ7 business days. During busy periods (holidays, new launches) it may take a little longer โ we'll always communicate if there's a delay.
Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- USA: 3โ7 business days
- International: 7โ21 business days (varies by country)
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Orders We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (USA) or 30 business days (international), please reach out at susanna@bloomheart.store and we'll look into it for you.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at susanna@bloomheart.store and we'll do our best to help.
